Keypoint Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to treating information about you responsibly. Keypoint Solutions understands the need to safeguard sensitive information that you have provided and that you expect privacy and security for your personal and financial affairs. Keypoint Solutions attempts to minimize the information it collects to that which it reasonably believes is necessary in processing or administering a mortgage loan or providing products, services and other opportunities that may be of interest to you. To make the home buying process simpler and more enjoyable, Keypoint Solutions solicits general information regarding buying needs and preferences. Many consumers have expressed interest in receiving appropriate offerings of home-related products and services that may be useful to them. Keypoint Solutions will, from time to time, disclose the general information you provide to select companies that can provide you with information about such products and services

Personal and financial data that you submit to Keypoint Solutions as part of the mortgage application and/or servicing process is segregated and used solely for the purposes of providing mortgage or related financial products. Only those who need to know information about you to provide products or services to you will have access to that information. Personal and financial data will not be disclosed by Keypoint Solutions, except as described in the following paragraphs.

Keypoint Solutions recognizes the sensitivity of the information you provide and, as such, will not share that information (as described above) with its affiliate companies. This means that Keypoint Solutions will not share information about your income or assets with its affiliates unless Keypoint Solutions asks for, and receives, your permission.

Except as stated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, Keypoint Solutions will disclose personal and financial information about you (as described above) with non-affiliated companies or third parties only if you agree that it can. As part of preparing your application, you will be asked to agree to this type of information sharing with certain non-affiliates, such as homeowner’s insurance companies. If your application is made jointly, all associated joint consumers must agree to this information sharing process. Please note that Keypoint Solutions will not share information regarding your income and assets with any non-affiliate, except as described in the next paragraph. Keypoint Solutions may also share personal and financial information about you (as described above) with either affiliates or non-affiliates as permitted by law. Such instances could include (but are not limited to) reports filed with certain government agencies or documents produced in response to a court order or subpoena.

Former Customers
After you are no longer an active Keypoint Solutions customer, Keypoint Solutions will continue to treat information you have provided as if you were still a customer.

Effectiveness of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to individual consumers. This Privacy Policy is effective as of March 24, 2008.
